President's Message

The proliferation of smartphones and social media has ushered in an era where anyone can become a content creator. It was our conviction that the credibility of “who is saying it” fundamentally influences people's actions and choices that led us to conceive Retty, a real-name-based gourmet review and reservation site. This forms the very foundation of our company.

We are driving our business forward under the vision of "Creating new dining experiences to make life happier," fueled by our belief in the infinite potential of food and its value in enriching people's hearts and lives.

The food and beverage industry is at a pivotal turning point, facing numerous challenges and opportunities alongside shifts in social structures and the advancement of digitalization. Users' selection criteria and values have diversified, and the quality demanded of dining experiences has become increasingly sophisticated. Retty aims to make people's lives happier by solving these challenges and navigating these changes, leveraging the assets we have nurtured – our people and community – and by creating new dining experiences.

The vision we have cherished since our founding remains steadfast. We sincerely thank you for your continued support and partnership.

Masaya Hirano
President, Retty Inc.
